Aventurine

Aventurine is a variety of quartz or feldspar which contains inclusions of mica. The most common color is green, although it is also found in red.

Aventurine is associated with the astrological sign Aries. It is used to activate and shield the heart chakra, and acts as a shield against those who would use one's energy uninvited. Aventurine balances masculine/feminine energies, and enhances creativity, motivation, decisiveness and leadership abilities.
